Loss Diet Chart Use By Most Influential Hollywood Actress!
The Eating Well Diet is a Comprehensive plan in weight loss diet chart
designed to help you lose weight…..It is a meal – diet plan in a chart form
that anyone can easily search out on the internet. But for the purposes of
practicability, I would be illustrating an example to show a 7-days weight–lossdiet meal plan.
The plan is designed to provide an overall healthy-eating program at fire
different daily calorific levels: 1,200, 1,400, 1,600, 1,800, 2,000.The menu
are packed nutrient- rich foods, including whole grains, lean meats, low fat
diary and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
“A simple calculation” to find out which calorie level is best suited for
you will be illustrated before the end of this article. Using such calorie
goal, one could cut 500 calories per day to lose one pound per week. But to
lose two pounds 1,000 calories would need to be cut.

DAY 1:

1 Orange
1 ¼ cup of Cheerios Cereal
SNACK; 1 cup cantaloupe melon, ½ cup
low fat, low sodium cottage cheese.

1 cup skimmed milk
1 Fudgside, no sugar added.
SNACK; 4 ounces carrot sticks.

2/3 cup coconut brown rice.
1 cup steamed spinach.
“cocoa-nut”
bananas.

DAY 2:
|
1 cup skimmed milk
1 banana
1 ¼ cups Bran flakes cereal.
SNACKS; 1 Fruit & Nut bar.

Rice & shrimp stew
SNACK; 1 cup of popcorn, air popped.
1 cup skim milk.

Tossed salad mix with 1 table spoon
low-calorie salad dressing.
½ cup steamed cabbage.

DAY 3:
|
1 whole-wheat English muffin.
1 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter.
SNACK; 1 apple (small).

Tossed salad mix with 4 teaspoons
vinegar & oil salad dressing, ½ cup fresh pineapple.
SNACK; 6 ounces non fat vanilla or
lemon yoghurt.

Lemon oil green beans.
1 cup skim milk
1 Medium nectarine.

DAY 4:
|
1 cup skim milk,
2/3
cup oatmeal, 1 ounce Dried fruit, 1 Tablespoon Walnuts
SNACK; “cocoa-nut” Bananas.

Tossed salad mix with 1 tablespoon
vinegar & oil salad dressing, 1 cup honey dew melon.
|
½ cup cooked brown rice, ½ cup mango
juice.

DAY 5:
|
Scrambled Eggs, Corn Tortilla, 2 Tablespoons
prepared salsa, ¾ cup Grapefruit skim milk.
|
½ cup unsweetened Applesauce, 1 cup
skim milk, Tossed salad mix, 1 table spoon salad dressing (low calorie).
SNACK; 1 ounce-whole-wheat bread.
|
¾ cup cooked carrots, sliced. 1 cup Grape
juice.
|
DAY 6:
|
1 cup skim milk, 1 Tablespoon creamy peanut
butter, 1 tablespoon sugar-free jam.
SNACK; orange.
|
1 whole-wheat bread,
1 cup watermelon & 1 cup skim
milk. Fragrant shredded beef stew.
SNACK; 8 ounces non fat vanilla or
lemon yoghurt.
|
½ cup cooked brown rice
1 cup steamed cauliflower
1 cup grape juice.

DAY 7:
|
Egg & salmon sandwich, 1 cup skim
milk.
Snack; Apple.

1 veggie burger, 1 whole-wheat Role,
cucumber & Black-Eyed Pea Salad.
|
1 cup slim milk , ¾ cup steamed gree peas, Barbecue chicken, ½
cup cooked Brown rice

The above chart just about illustrate how a 7 day dietary meal plan will look like it does however vary from person to person as there are various alternative to the one illustrated above. If you must lose weight all you need to do is to consult a Dietician
or Nutritionist to help you plan one depending on the amount of calories to intend you use per day an per week. At the beginning of this article, I did mention that to be more precise about cutting calories, there is simple calculations that will help you maintain you daily calories goal which in turn will help you lose a healthy 1 to 2 pounds per week.
Calculate your calories as follows;
Your
current weight X 12 = calories needed to maintain your weight
To lose 1 pounds per week: Cut 500 calories/day
To
lose 2 pounds / week : Cut 1000 calories/ day
NOTE: for healthy weight loss, we don’t advise lose
more than 2 pounds per week. If you calculate a daily calories goals that’s less
than 1,200, set you calories goal at 1200 calories. Below that, it is hard to
meet your nutrient needs or feel satisfied. Enough to stick with a diet plan.
