            Now the first thing goal you need to set is a weight goal.. So if weight loss is your goal, ask yourself how much do you want to lose? Most people are pretty comfortable with 15 or 30 pounds, so let’s set it there. That’s actually a lot if you think about it ….. That’s like to dress size for all the women reading this.

SNACK; 6 ounces non fat vanilla or lemon yoghurt.
Lemon oil green beans.
1 cup skim milk
1 Medium nectarine.
DAY 4:
1 cup skim milk,
2/3  cup oatmeal, 1 ounce Dried fruit, 1 Tablespoon Walnuts
SNACK; “cocoa-nut” Bananas.

Tossed salad mix with 1 tablespoon vinegar & oil salad dressing, 1 cup honey dew melon.
½ cup cooked brown rice, ½ cup mango juice.
DAY 5:
Scrambled Eggs, Corn Tortilla, 2 Tablespoons prepared salsa, ¾ cup Grapefruit skim milk.
½ cup unsweetened Applesauce, 1 cup skim milk, Tossed salad mix, 1 table spoon salad dressing (low calorie).
SNACK; 1 ounce-whole-wheat bread.
¾ cup cooked carrots, sliced. 1 cup Grape juice.

DAY 6:
1 cup skim milk, 1 Tablespoon creamy peanut butter, 1 tablespoon sugar-free jam.
SNACK; orange.
1 whole-wheat bread,
1 cup watermelon & 1 cup skim milk. Fragrant shredded beef stew.
SNACK; 8 ounces non fat vanilla or lemon yoghurt.
½ cup cooked brown rice
1 cup steamed cauliflower
1 cup grape juice.
DAY 7:
Egg & salmon sandwich, 1 cup skim milk.

Snack; Apple.
1 veggie burger, 1 whole-wheat Role, cucumber & Black-Eyed Pea Salad.
1 cup slim milk , ¾  cup steamed gree peas, Barbecue chicken, ½ cup cooked Brown rice


The above chart just about illustrate how a 7 day dietary meal plan will look like it does however vary from person to  person as there are various alternative to the one illustrated above. If you must lose weight all you need to do is to consult a Dietician
